Can I amend my order?
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, so there is a very short window between orders being placed and the orders being packed and dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to change the contents or shipping address. Because of this, it is unlikely that we will be able to amend orders once they are placed. We will do our best to accommodate any requests, but we advise to check the contents of your order and address details, in particular the shipping address, before placing your order.
There are items missing from my order, what do I do?
Orders containing multiple boxes may be sent in more than one consignment. On rare occasions these consignments may arrive separately, so please allow time for all boxes to arrive. For these orders, tracking information for each consignment is sent via email, please check the tracking for an up-to-date delivery status.
If there are any issues shown on the tracking or the delivery is late, please contact our customer service team via email info@drinkcarabao.co.uk for assistance.
How long does delivery take?
We offer free standard delivery (2-3 working days) with all orders. We also offer a next day delivery service (1 working days) for and additional £2.50 at checkout.
Delivery times exclude weekends and UK bank / public holidays. Same day dispatch is available before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm or Saturday-Sunday are dispatched the next working day.
There is a £2.50 delivery fee for delivery to Northern Ireland, next day delivery is unavailable for Northern Ireland.
How do I contact Customer Services?
If you would like to get in contact with our Customer Services please email us at info@drinkcarabao.co.uk. We will strive to reply within one working day. Our email inbox is monitored during working hours (9am – 5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank / public holidays.
Is Carabao Halal?
Yes, none of our ingredients are from animals nor animal bi-products. Our taurine ingredient is created synthetically without the use of animals. All our drinks are alcohol free.
Is Carabao vegetarian?
Yes, Carabao is suitable for vegetarians. None of our ingredients are from animals nor animal bi-products. Our taurine ingredient is created synthetically without the use of animals.
Is Carabao vegan?
Yes, Carabao is suitable for vegans. None of our ingredients are from animals nor animal bi-products. Our taurine ingredient is created synthetically without the use of animals.
Is Carabao alcoholic?
No, Carabao Energy Drink is a soft drink and does not contain alcohol. Although it does work great as a delicious mixer!
How much caffeine is in Carabao?
Carabao Energy Drink contains 32mg/100ml of caffeine. In a 330ml can there is 105.6mg of caffeine, by comparison that's a just a bit more than in an average cup of coffee (95mg). Due to the caffeine content, Carabao Energy Drink is not recommended for children, pregnant or breast-feeding women. It should be consumed in moderation as part of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Carabao Sport does not contain caffeine and is an isotonic sports drink with added B vitamins.
